Payment and shipping
We primarily deliver all our products via Posten throughout Norway. Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days (delivery time to Northern Norway may take a couple of extra days), but may be affected by the time the order is registered. All our orders registered before 09.00 are sent the same working day (Monday-Friday), the rest the next morning (so this is primarily a working day). You will receive a message from us when the item has been shipped. The buyer is responsible for giving us the correct delivery address.
If the item is damaged during delivery, this must be reported to the seller as soon as possible and preferably on the day of arrival via e-mail. It is important that you give us a full report of any damage that has occurred. If you see that the packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, you must also report this directly to the person from whom you receive the package.
The seller will never pay return shipping for the customer so that if the customer sends us a package in return, the cost will be borne by the customer and not the seller.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to give the correct address to the seller and to ensure that these match the national register and postal addresses.
Delivery methods at Haneyhairbeauty:
Package in the mailbox:
Fixed shipping NOK 65. This is sent with tracking and will be delivered to your mailbox. 1-3 days delivery.
Package to collection point (mail in store):
Fixed shipping NOK 140. 1-3 days delivery. Delivered at the nearest collection point.
Home delivery to your door:
Fixed shipping NOK 160. 1-3 days delivery. Delivered to the door.
Overnight express:
Fixed price NOK 500. Ordered before 09.00 and delivered next working day to your door.
If the real thing is a “crisis”, contact us for a personal delivery/collection if possible.

How to return an item?
If you wish to return a product, send it to:

and attach a reason for your return.
NB! The customer must cover the return cost themselves (70-80 NOK)
All packages must be sent with tracking.
THE PRODUCTS YOU RETURN MUST BE IN THE “SAME CONDITION AND QUANTITY” FOR THE RETURN TO BE APPROVED (see conditions for right of withdrawal). FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, ONLY UNOPENED GOODS CAN BE RETURNED.
NB! The use of heaters, dyeing and bleaching is NOT recommended. This is done at the customer’s own risk and the product is not considered to be in the “same condition and quantity” after such treatment.
Exchange of goods:
If you wish to exchange the item, attach information about which item you wish to exchange. The requirements for the product if you wish to exchange it are the same as when canceling the purchase (use of the right of withdrawal). Shipping costs are charged to the buyer, remember to also state the return address.
Right of withdrawal:
The customer can make use of the right of withdrawal for 14 days, but assumes that all conditions have been met.
From the Right of Cancellation Act, it appears that goods that are not in the same condition or quantity as received, or with wear and tear when the product is returned, are not approved under the right of cancellation.
For hygienic reasons, only UNOPENED packages can be returned.
When the law does NOT apply
- If the seal has been broken and/or the packaging has been opened (for hygienic reasons).
- If the item cannot be returned in approximately the same condition and quantity.
- Goods where the actual delivery has meant that they cannot be returned.
- Failure to pick up the item is not considered sufficient notification to the seller that you regret it.
Procedure for right of withdrawal
- The original packaging must be used when returning the item.
- All accessories that came with the item must be returned together with a completed cancellation form.
- You must cover the shipping costs back to HaneyHairBeauty yourself.
- Use Posten Smartpost / Service package, this to get a consignment number.
NB! All orders that are NOT picked up are invoiced with NOK 230 to cover postage costs
NB! All orders that are returned with a notice of cancellation are invoiced with NOK 110 to cover postage costs.
COMPLAINT:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the hair and want to advertise the product, please send us an email with an explanation and pictures as soon as possible. We will deal with each case quickly and strive for flexible solutions. In the event of a complaint, unfortunately, we cannot cover costs you have incurred in connection with inserting the hair.
