The following general terms and conditions apply to all agreements that you enter into with Haney Hair Beauty. When you place an order, you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions only apply to you who are a customer and who make orders via the online store www.royalhair.no Orders made by persons under the age of 18 are assessed according to the current rules for cash purchases, and the order must be approved by a guardian.

Haney Hair Beauty reserves the right that items may be sold out, that there may be image and typographical errors on the website, for example errors in product descriptions or technical specifications, that prices may be incorrect or that there are price adjustments (e.g. as a result of price changes at suppliers or changes in exchange rates), or that there is incorrect information about an item in stock. Haney Hair Beauty has the right to correct such errors at any time, as well as to change or update such information. If an incorrect price has been stated for an item you have ordered, we will of course notify you of this and await your acceptance of a corrected price before continuing to process your order. All image information in the online shop is for illustrative purposes only. There is no guarantee that such illustrations show the number of items you receive or the exact appearance, features or origin of the item. Everything in the online store is the property of Haney Hair Beauty or its licensors. The information is protected by, among other things, copyright and market law. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout also

information about goods, services and other content may not be copied or used without the written consent of Haney Hair Beauty.

We intend to contribute to a good dispute resolution process. Haney Hair Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances that are reasonably beyond Haney Hair Beauty’ control. Examples of such circumstances are general labour disputes, war, fire, lightning, changes in government regulations, technical problems, failures in power/telecommunication/data connections or production errors, exchange rate fluctuations or natural disasters (“force majeure”). These circumstances will have a releasing effect, resulting in exemption from compensation and other sanctions. Should such a situation arise, Haney Hair Beauty will inform you of the situation in question. If the circumstances have lasted for more than two months, both you and Haney Hair Beauty have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect. Haney Hair Beauty reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. All changes to these terms and conditions will be published in the online store. Changes apply from the time you have accepted the terms by making a new purchase or by visiting the online store, or 30 days after Haney Hair Beauty has informed you of the changes.

Haney Hair Beauty complies with the Data Protection Act. In connection with your registration and order, you also agree that we, in accordance with the Privacy Act, store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you.
